Stronger Where It Matters Most.

From the frame to the panels and all the way into the ground, every part is designed to work together for longer-lasting protection.

75% Stronger

A Stronger Steel Structure

Our reinforced galvanized steel system is 75% stronger than comparable lightweight aluminum framing. A full steel base and diagonal bracing help limit flexing and keep the greenhouse stable when the weather turns.

Twin-Wall Panels Built to Perform

Our twin-wall polycarbonate is 3.8x stronger than standard single-wall panels. Its insulating air gap helps retain warmth, while 85% light transmission gives plants the light they need.

A UV-protective treatment helps block harmful UV exposure and resist premature yellowing.

Built to Hold When the Wind Picks Up

A strong frame is only the beginning. Secure panel retention, diagonal bracing and deep T-shaped ground anchors work together to reduce panel lift and stabilize the complete structure.

What Keeps a Greenhouse Standing.

A greenhouse does not withstand strong winds because of one feature alone. Its stability comes from the way the entire structure works together:

Three greenhouse wind-resistance details: reinforced steel frame, securely fastened panels, and deep-ground anchoring.
01
A Reinforced Galvanized Steel FrameThe frame distributes pressure across the full structure instead of leaving one weak point to take the load.
02
Panels That Stay Where They BelongThe fastening system holds the polycarbonate firmly against the frame to help prevent panel lift.
03
Anchoring That Goes Below GroundDeep T-shaped anchors stabilize the greenhouse beneath the surface, where the structure needs it most.

A Growing Space That Changes With the Year.

The crops change. The light changes. The greenhouse stays ready for what comes next.

The Details That Make a Greenhouse Last.

Design choices and small decisions that add up over years of seasons.

Galvanized steel structure

Omega-profile uprights on a full steel base, braced diagonally and hot-galvanized, so the frame shrugs off wet seasons instead of rusting through them. The bones of the greenhouse, built once and built right.

Twin-wall polycarbonate

Two UV-protected layers with an insulating air space: bright, diffused light in summer and warmth held longer into fall evenings.

Pre-cut panels

Every panel arrives cut for your exact model and size. Nothing to measure, trim or improvise.

Organized assembly

Labeled hardware and illustrated steps keep the build in order from the first bolt to the last.

Expandable design

Add 6.6 ft sections later. The frame and panels are designed to grow with your plans.

Protected delivery

A reinforced wooden crate keeps profiles and panels safe from the warehouse to your curb.

Accessible support

One email reaches people who know every part by name, before and after your order.

Why Twin-Wall Polycarbonate, Not Glass.

Twin-wall polycarbonate uses two layers with an insulating air space between them. It helps slow heat loss, diffuses harsh light and flexes under impact instead of shattering like glass.

Pick from what you want to grow rather than the yard alone: a walkway plus beds needs less length than most people expect. The 16.40' length is the one most customers choose. Lengths can be extended later, so the safe choice is the size you will actually plant this year.

The Cottage comes glazed in 6 mm UV-protected twin-wall polycarbonate as standard, on every length. The deep air gap holds warmth where winters are real, and there is no thinner panel to choose between.

As one system: a reinforced galvanized steel frame (75% stronger than comparable lightweight aluminum framing) with diagonal bracing, twin-wall panels (3.8x stronger than standard single-wall polycarbonate) secured as part of the structure, and deep T-shaped ground anchors. The structure is rated for winds up to 112 mph and snow loads up to 49 psf, and the panels are hail resistant.

Reasonably level ground you can drive anchors into. No concrete slab is required: the greenhouse sits on its own full steel base and is stabilized below the surface with deep T-shaped anchors. The instructions cover base preparation step by step.

Through the door and roof ventilation. A roof window (manual or automatic) lets hot air escape where it collects; on warm days you combine it with the door for cross-airflow. You can add it from Complete Your Setup above.

Two people and basic tools. The panels arrive pre-cut for the The Cottage size you order, the hardware is labeled, and the illustrated instructions keep the build in a clear sequence. No welding, no cutting.

The complete structure in a reinforced wooden crate: frame profiles, full steel base, pre-cut panels, doors, ground anchors, labeled hardware and instructions. The crate is dropped curbside by a freight carrier that calls ahead.

6 gifts worth $579, added automatically with the greenhouse: Additional Door, Greenhouse Shelf, Raised Garden Bed (x2), Plant Support Kit, Irrigation System.

Yes. 6.6 ft extension sections bolt onto the existing frame with matching panels, so The Cottage can grow with your plans.

Every greenhouse is backed by a 10-year warranty covering defects under normal use, and returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the published return policy. Both policies are linked in the footer and summarized in the panels above.
