How we use it
To process and ship your order, answer your questions, handle returns and warranty claims, meet our tax and accounting obligations, keep the site secure and working, and measure how our advertising performs.
Tracking and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the store (cart, session), measure traffic, and measure how our ads perform. These are set as you browse.
We share limited event data (such as page views and purchases) with Google and Meta so we can measure advertising and show relevant ads. You can limit personalized advertising in your Google and Meta account settings, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. The site keeps working either way.
Do Not Track: our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
Who we share data with
Shopify (store and payments), our freight and parcel carriers (delivery), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Google and Meta (analytics and advertising). Each one only receives what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights under California law (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do share advertising identifiers with Google and Meta, which California law may treat as "sharing." To opt out, email support@greenlyhouse.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," or use your browser's opt-out preference signal.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Other state privacy laws
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights of access, correction, deletion and opt-out. Email us at the address above and we will honor the request.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
