2. Products
We sell polycarbonate greenhouse kits and accessories. Products ship flat-packed and require assembly. Photographs are representative; minor variations in finish and hardware may occur. Dimensions given in feet are converted from metric manufacturing sizes and are accurate to within a fraction of an inch. Where an exact footprint matters, use the exact figure listed in the specifications on the product page.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken in full at checkout.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, including after it is placed, if the item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
5. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Inspect your shipment and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

7. Assembly and site preparation
You are responsible for preparing a suitable, level foundation, for anchoring the structure properly, and for complying with any local permit, zoning, HOA or setback requirements that apply where you live. We do not provide site preparation or installation and cannot advise on local regulations.
8. Warranty
