Free Standard Delivery:

Delivery time: 10 business days after order processing.
Available for all orders across Europe.

3. Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Europe, including the United Kingdom.
For deliveries outside of Europe, please contact us for a personalised quote.

4. Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

5. Delivery Address

It is essential to provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing your order.
Please ensure that the address includes all necessary details (apartment number, access code, etc.).
We cannot be held responsible for delays or shipping errors due to incorrect or incomplete information.

We recommend that you inspect your parcel upon receipt in the presence of the delivery driver.

For large greenhouses, pallet delivery may be required.
Please ensure that access to your property is sufficient for truck delivery.
